Castle Rock Petroleum Ltd. is a Calgary based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas reserves in western Canada. Our business plan is to grow production and reserves through a combination of acquisitions and higher risk exploration drilling. Castle Rock operates all of its oil and gas production and most of its exploration and development projects.

Castle Rock’s Class A and Class B shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in April 2005, shortly after completing a $10.0 million initial public offering. There are currently 11,901,625 Class A Shares and 900,000 Class B Shares outstanding.
